Malabar Parotta

Britte Ready to Eat Malabar Porotta Heating on a frying pan or Bread Toaster is recommended. Frying Pan: Remove the product from the pack defrost for a few minutes, place a flat frying pan over a medium flame place the Porotta on the pan and heat both sides evenly for 2 minutes, serve hot. Bread Toaster: Heat the Porotta on high for 3 minutes and serve hot.

Parotta
A paratha (especially a stuffed one) can be eaten simply with a blob of butter spread on top but it is best served with pickles and yoghurt, or thick spicy curries of meat and vegetables.
